Comments

Your reservation will be confirmed after we have received this form (or the fax equivalent) and after the payment is received. Please note that we will send you complete information details such as the check in procedure, the address and other information once the reservation is confirmed.

• We ask you for your flight arrival information so that a member of our staff is present to meet you at your arrival at the apartment. We check for flight delays and arrival times with the airport.
• Upon your arrival, we will request a photocopy of your passport and an address and phone number in case of emergency. We advise you to have proper insurance for your own belongings and medical safety during your stay in Paris.
