This apartment is located in a very nice ares, close to the luxurious shops of the Champs Elysees neiborghood. Place Victor Hugo is near the Trocadreo, the Champs Elysees, restaurants, markets. Very convenient.

Across the street is the famous Russian conservatory of music and dance.

 Like all our studios, these come fully equipped: central heating, unlimited hot water from the building, elevator, 24-hour security, bath tub, washer/dryer, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen (filtered water, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, vitroceramic cooktops,, cooking ingredients);
Queen-size bed, couch, table, chairs, multi-standard TV/Video set (DVD player on request), radio/CD player, hi-speed Internet connection, free cell phone(s).

Extras
  • One-time fees: Linen fee: 20 euros; Towels fee: 10 euros. You may choose between a wide duvet comforter for two or two smaller ones for each one of you. You'll have plenty of bathroom towels.
  • There is a one-time cleaning fee: 50 euros.
  • These are the only extra costs. All the other services and extra appliances you might need are free of charge.

MEMO
  • You may request one or two cell phones (children included, starting at age 12): use with a prepaid card. That's something that hotels do not provide.
  • Free hi-speed Internet connection (hotels usually charge for Internet connection). Please bring your own laptop.
