★ RESERVATIONS AT PARIS LIVING

  1. Contact us directly my email, fax or phone to check availabilities - by email  - Please make sure you provide a mean to answer to you (email address, fax or phone number)

  2. We will then answer with the availability information.

  3. We will send you an estimate which will take in consideration the discounts you may be entiltled to.  We ask you to then fill the reservation form. Once your payment is received, your resevation will be confirmed.

  4. Payment can be made by means of bank transfer, Paypal or credit card (through the Paypal "Request for payment" which does not require you to have a Paypal account). We only ask you that you assume the fees involved in the payment process, if any (such as bank fees or Paypal fee).

  5. You will the receive all the information needed: the apartment exact address, the phone numbers of the cell phones (if you request any), the check in procedure and other information to make your say comfortable and easy. 
     

★ ★ RESERVATIONS START USUALLY AT 7 DAYS

Usually, reservations are for, 7 days or more. If you wish to stay less than 7 days, please contact us at info@parisliving.com 
   

★ ★ RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

In general, check in time is after 3 PM, and cjeck out is up to 11 AM/ If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know. We'll try to accomodate your needs.

The arrival time for the check in is based on a taxi trip from the airport and we'll expect you 90 minutes after your plane has landed. If you pkan on taking public transporation such as RER and letro or bus, we'll need to know that because this will affect the duratio of your trio fom the aiport. In any case, you will be met on the premises by a member of our staff.

If your check in time is betwwen 7PM and 9PM, we will ask you for a fee of 30 euros for late checkin 

Very late check in is when you arrive between 7PM and 9PM.; a fee of 60 euros will be asked.

We always check your flight's landing time so that our staff can come in tile to meet you.When you give us your incoming flight number, we are able to check you actual arrival time by connecting to the airport Web site. In the unfortunate event of missing your flight or for any reason which prevent you from arriving according to schedule, you can email us or call us to let us know.

There are no additional fees for checkins over the week end or during public holidays: our conditions are the same throughout the year. 

Out staff will meet you at the door of the building, to introduce you to the apartment and life in the neiborghood. You will also be shown how to use the washer/dryer and other appliances of necessary. You will also be able to connect your laptop to the Internet at this time.

After you send us your rental fee, you will receive complete instructions such as the apartment address, your cell phone number if you request it, and other useful information.

Although the regular check out time is 11AM, we wil try to accomodate you needs if you wish to leave at a later time..

In general, the presence of a staff member will be not necessary at check out time. If you need a taxi, you can call us in advnace to let us know at what time you wish to leave and we'll be happy to call one for you, or you can use the Paris Living cell phone to call a taxi. Most apartments are equipped with auto-locks so it's just a matter of closing the door behind you when you leave. Simply leave the keys and phones in the room before you close the door. The procedure is different at Avenue Foch, where you will deposit the key at the 24/7 keeper.

★ ★ ABOUT OUR SHORT STAYS

Our company is specialized in short stay in Paris(LOCATION SAISONNIERE) and is registered under the number:SIREN 443 085 949 .

No surprises: because we provide short stay apartments, you will not be asked for any deposit. You pay the rental fee at the time of the reservation and you pay the linen and cleanuing fee upon arrival. No additional payment will be required during or at the end of your stay. The only case when an additional payment is due is if you break or loose the leys or the cell phones or any appliances, but that's highly unlikely to occur.

Any commission, taxes and utilities are included in the rental fee. Only the clezning and linen fee is requested at the time of the check in.
