Importance of location and decor You've reached Paris at the end of a long journey. You do not want to find yourself in a sadly furnished room. Instead, our apartments have refined furniture, a comfortable queen size bed, all the amenities you need, and are very located in quiet and secure areas of Paris. Heating is by way of central heating and there will be as much hot water as you need for your shower or bath, as hot water is provided by the building. We have carefully selected high-end buildings in excellents areas of Paris. You'll have the benefit of free high-speed Internet access and free cell phones. You'll come to live like Parisians in some of the best neighbourhoods. Some of of properties have around the clock security and on-site janitors.
For your convenience, each apartment is equipped with a washing/dryer machine.
Our apartements are situated in the 7th and 16th districts ("arrondissement") of Paris, which are exclusive yet convenient locations. These are prime areas for the quality of shops and secure environment.

Expect to pay at least twice as much as our apartments cost. This is a significant difference. Naturally, hotels have high overhead costs that they pass on to you; we don't! However, you'll have the usual amenities found in a hotel, such as a TV set, and much more, like a fully equipped kitchen, free cell phones and high-speed Internet access. It is a bit like renting your own apartment in Paris, but without having to worry about utilities like insurance, water, telephone, Internet and electricity connections, because we provide all this. Furtherrmore, we've selected our apartments in the nicest areas of Paris. So start to plan your next trip to Paris and live like Parisians do! one for each adult or child (above 12); these phones work with prepaid
cards that are easily purchased from retailers. We can even charge
the phone for you with the amount you specify. They allow international
calls (placing and receiving).
Please keep in mind that if you bring your laptop, you can use Skype or any
other Web-based communication system. Use of Skype is free and unlimited.
2 ー Connect with free fiber-optic High-speed Internet Each apartment
is equipped with broadband fiber-optic Internet connexion (available
for free, unlimited access). Just bring your laptop. Use the Interet
connextion for Web browsing, email (we provide the SMTP address
if you need it) or Skype phone calls. 3 ー Hotel reservation "free" service (France only) Let us know if you need to reserve
a hotel somepace else in Paris or in France: we'll be happy to help

hotels which offer reasonable rates. This is of course a free service.
